Auto-Renewal
All monthly memberships automatically renew every billing cycle unless canceled properly.
Cancellation Requirements
To cancel a membership:
You must provide written notice at least 30 days before your next renewal date.
The 30-day window is counted from the upcoming renewal date, not from the day the request is submitted.
If Notice Is Not Given
If you fail to provide proper notice:
Your membership will renew for one additional month,
The card on file will be charged,
You will keep class access for that month,
The membership will automatically cancel afterward.
Refunds
No refunds are issued for unused time after billing.
No refunds for late cancellation requests.
